AXA UK is seeking a dedicated Remote Policy Administration Partner to join our dynamic and supportive team. In this pivotal remote role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and accurate management of insurance policies from inception through to renewal or amendment. You will act as a crucial link between our sales, underwriting, and customer service teams, providing expert support and executing essential administrative tasks that underpin our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of insurance policies, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Ensure all policy documentation is accurately processed, issued, and maintained in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal departments (e.g., Underwriting, Claims, Sales) regarding policy-related queries and discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve policy issues, escalate complex cases as necessary, and communicate resolutions effectively.
  • Maintain meticulous records within the policy administration system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Adhere to all compliance procedures, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and internal policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the policy administration processes.
  • Provide clear, concise, and professional communication to all stakeholders.
  • Support audit requests and ensure all processes meet internal and external audit requirements.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably within a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of insurance policy lifecycle and terminology.
  • Experience with policy administration software or CRM systems.
  • A relevant professional qualification (e.g., Cert CII, or working towards one).
  • Familiarity with UK regulatory requirements for insurance.
