Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials, verifying against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations using appropriate handling methods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, performing regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Prepare and package materials for outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate various material handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory audits and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill material requests and support operational needs.
- Identify and report damaged or defective materials and equipment.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 kg.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
