Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and responding to inquiries professionally.
  • Handle guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process payments, manage cash drawer, and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions/events.
  • Address guest concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.
  • Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest needs.
  • Assist with special guest requests, such as wake-up calls, transportation, and dining reservations.
  • Uphold hotel security protocols and emergency procedures.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
