As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our products within the logistics chain. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including warehouse activities, transportation, and delivery schedules.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements and company standards.
- Manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, conducting regular audits, and optimizing warehouse space utilization.
- Prepare shipping documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Utilize logistics software to track goods from origin to delivery, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes, seeking continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain clear communication with internal departments (e.g., sales, customer service) regarding order status and potential delays.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Manage and oversee a small team of warehouse and delivery personnel, providing guidance and support.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role (minimum 4 years).
