Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team knowledge base.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
