Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive property and land valuations for various purposes, including acquisition, sale, development, and legal disputes.
- Prepare and interpret topographical maps, site plans, boundary surveys, and other geospatial data.
- Analyze data to identify features, boundaries, and contours, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Generate detailed reports, valuation certificates, and professional recommendations for clients and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, planners, and legal professionals on project requirements and deliverables.

Required Skills
