As a key member of a dynamic sales and leasing team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties within the Arbourthorne and wider Sheffield areas. This role demands exceptional client relationship management, astute market knowledge, and a proactive approach to generating new business.
Your day-to-day will involve everything from conducting property valuations and preparing compelling listings to expertly marketing properties across various platforms. You’ll lead property viewings, negotiate offers, and guide clients seamlessly through the sales or leasing process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience from initial inquiry to successful completion. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales and leasing leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.

- Perform accurate property valuations and market appraisals, providing expert advice to clients.
- Negotiate sales and leasing agreements, ensuring favourable terms for all parties involved.
- Prepare and present compelling property listings, including professional photographs and detailed descriptions.
- Manage client relationships from initial contact through to post-sale/lease follow-up, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay current with local market trends, property values, and relevant real estate regulations.
- Utilise CRM software to track client interactions, manage property listings, and monitor sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to facilitate smooth transaction closures.
- Attend industry events and build a strong professional network within the Sheffield property community.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property leasing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Sheffield property market, particularly Arbourthorne and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- NAEA Propertymark or ARLA Propertymark qualification.
