Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist all guests and residents, providing an exceptional first impression.
  • Manage all incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel services, local attractions, dining, and transport options in Sheffield.
  • Handle reservations for restaurants, taxis, tours, and other guest requests.
  • Coordinate various services, including dry cleaning, package deliveries, and maintenance requests.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby/reception area.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer personalized assistance.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues with tact and discretion, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed and maintain confidentiality of guest information.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and standard office applications.
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
