Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management, including menu planning and development.
- Oversee and coordinate the daily preparation and cooking of dishes, ensuring consistency and high-quality presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste control.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) in accordance with regulations.
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations during service, delegating tasks and managing workflow effectively.
