Key Responsibilities
- Perform various physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Assist skilled tradespersons and operators with tasks such as loading/unloading, site preparation, and cleanup.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from work areas.
- Dig trenches, spread gravel, and perform other manual excavation tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.
