Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily care for various in-store animals, including feeding, watering, and maintaining clean habitats.
- Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice on pet nutrition, toys, accessories, and general care.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and process returns/exchanges.
- Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring products are well-organized and clearly priced.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including animal enclosures, retail areas, and common spaces.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking new stock deliveries.
- Actively promote special offers and new products to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a friendly and helpful approach.
- Educate customers on responsible pet ownership and animal welfare.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping experience.
Required Skills
- Genuine passion for animals and their welfare.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

- Basic computer proficiency for point-of-sale systems.
