Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in onboarding new customers, managing account setups, and ensuring seamless transitions.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Success, Product) to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
- Support the creation and distribution of customer-facing communications, including newsletters and announcements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within customer operations to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and operational metrics.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the Customer Operations department.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service, operations, or administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
