Problem-solving is a core component; you’ll confidently handle amendments, cancellations, and unexpected travel disruptions with professionalism and efficiency, always prioritising client satisfaction. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, emerging destinations, and supplier promotions will be crucial to your success.
