Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across our facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, troubleshooting problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Assemble and repair furniture, fixtures, and other equipment as required.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and material usage.
- Coordinate effectively with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects when necessary.
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies, ensuring availability for daily tasks and proper storage.
- Assist with minor landscaping duties, general tidiness, and waste management of the exterior premises.
- Provide support for office moves, installations of new equipment, and other logistical tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Handyperson or in a similar building maintenance role.
