Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities from project start to finish.
- Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Manage project budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays or issues.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and maintain accurate site documentation.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
