Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Design and present customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation, activities, and dining.
- Research and recommend destinations, attractions, and travel services tailored to client interests.
- Book travel arrangements and manage all aspects of the booking process, from initial inquiry to final confirmation.
- Negotiate with vendors (airlines, hotels, tour operators) to secure the best rates and services.
- Provide expert advice on travel requirements, visas, vaccinations, insurance, and local customs.
- Handle client inquiries, changes, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage CRM updates.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, new destinations, and regulatory changes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel services.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Travel Agent, Travel Advisor, or Travel Planner (minimum 2 years).
