Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate construction crews, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement effective solutions.

- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Proficiency in project planning and resource allocation.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in German (B2 level or higher).

- Vocational training or relevant certification in construction or a related trade.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
