Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve a diverse menu of cocktails, including classic and signature drinks, with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, recommending drinks and sharing insights into our offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and track supplies to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Develop new and innovative cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Adhere strictly to all local and national liquor laws, health, and safety regulations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Educate team members and guests about our beverage selections and promotions.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender with a strong focus on cocktail preparation
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and mixology techniques
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg
