Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer retention strategies and initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and engage with at-risk customers to prevent churn.
  • Analyze customer feedback, churn data, and market trends to identify root causes of attrition.
  • Negotiate resolutions and offer tailored solutions to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on product/service value, new features, and optimal utilization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and retention efforts in CRM.
  • Provide actionable feedback to product development and service teams for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in customer retention, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
