Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to determine event objectives, budget, scope, and specific requirements for both wedding and corporate events.
- Develop innovative event concepts, themes, and design plans that align with client vision and brand identity.
- Identify, scout, and secure appropriate venues, ensuring they meet event specifications and budgetary limitations.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage a diverse range of vendors including caterers, decorators, entertainment, photographers, and technical suppliers.
- Create detailed event timelines, production schedules, and logistical plans.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure all financial aspects are handled efficiently and transparently.
- Oversee all aspects of event setup, execution, and breakdown, providing on-site coordination as required.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or challenges during the planning and execution phases.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and analyze event success against objectives.
