Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and specialist medical care to patients of all ages.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Accurately diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medication and referring to specialists when necessary.
- Manage and monitor chronic disease conditions, promoting preventative care and health education.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records in compliance with professional standards and GDPR.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
- Participate in clinical governance activities, audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all relevant clinical guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMC guidance).
- Engage in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) with a licence to practise
- Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Practice or relevant specialty, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a GP or Specialist Doctor within the NHS or similar healthcare system.
- Exceptional diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
- Proficiency in electronic patient record systems.

Preferred Qualifications
