As our Online Sales Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our South B physical store, overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and fostering a high-performing team. Simultaneously, you will spearhead our online sales initiatives, developing and executing robust e-commerce strategies that expand our digital reach and increase conversions. This includes managing our online product catalog, optimizing product listings for search engines, implementing targeted digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing website performance data to identify growth opportunities.

Leading by example, you will mentor your team to deliver exceptional service both in-person and through digital channels. Your expertise will guide merchandising decisions, both visual for the store and strategic for our online platforms, ensuring consistent brand representation. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily operations of the physical retail store, ensuring high standards of presentation and customer service.
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive online sales strategies to drive e-commerce growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage inventory efficiently across both physical and online channels, optimizing stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints, from in-store interactions to online inquiries and post-purchase support.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and online performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage content, promotions, and product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and compelling presentation.
  • Implement local and digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to both the store and online platform.
  • Handle store budgets, sales forecasts, and operational expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices in both retail and e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a role involving online sales or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience using sales reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
