Key Responsibilities

  • Execute setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces according to detailed floor plans and client specifications.
  • Arrange tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, silverware, and glassware with precision and attention to aesthetic detail.
  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of staging, audio-visual equipment, and decorative elements.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained before and after events.
  • Work collaboratively with the event management team, catering staff, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Proactively identify and address any setup issues or discrepancies, seeking assistance when necessary.
  • Support inventory management for banquet supplies and equipment.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to requests from event managers and clients.
  • Assist with the transportation of equipment and supplies as needed.
