Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide support with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light household tasks, and errands.
- Administer medication following established protocols and maintain accurate records.
- Offer companionship, engage in meaningful conversations, and support social activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health, behavior, or well-being to the care coordinator.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere strictly to all care plans, company policies, and relevant health and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
