Key Responsibilities
- Process lottery ticket sales accurately using the lottery terminal system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with game selection and answering inquiries.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, ensuring accurate till reconciliation at the end of shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales area.
- Replenish scratch card stock and ensure all lottery products are displayed correctly.
- Adhere strictly to all lottery regulations, age verification policies, and company procedures.
- Promote new lottery products and special draws to customers.
- Assist with general store duties as required, contributing to a smooth operation.
Required Skills
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic mathematical skills and experience with cash handling and POS systems.
