Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of conference rooms and event spaces.
- Provide on-site support for events, including greeting clients, managing registrations, and addressing immediate needs.
- Coordinate with catering, AV, and other service providers to ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain accurate event documentation, including schedules, attendee lists, and post-event reports.
- Handle general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing inquiries.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with AV equipment or escalate as necessary.
- Ensure all event spaces are clean, organised, and fully equipped before, during, and after events.
