Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit professional correspondence, detailed reports, engaging presentations, and other essential documents.
- Organize and meticulously maintain both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all internal and external communications, expertly screening calls and emails.
- Oversee office supply inventory, strategically placing orders as needed and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with precise budget tracking, accurate expense reporting, and streamlined invoice processing.
- Plan and flawlessly execute office events, critical meetings, and engaging team-building activities.
- Provide administrative support for new employee onboarding logistics and necessary paperwork.
