Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Monitor production output, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to resolve operational issues.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with relevant teams to prevent disruptions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Ensure all production activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in a manufacturing leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and operational best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a manufacturing context.
