Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand event objectives, preferences, and budgetary parameters for both wedding and corporate events.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including creative concepts, themes, timelines, and detailed budget breakdowns.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with a wide range of vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, photographers, entertainment, and technical support.
- Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, audiovisual requirements, transportation, and guest management.
- Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations, timely setup, and professional coordination of all elements.
