Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and highly organized A&R Administrator to join our dynamic team in Speke, Liverpool. This full-time role is integral to the smooth operation of our Artist & Repertoire department, providing essential administrative support that underpins our talent discovery and development initiatives. As an A&R Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the flow of communication between artists, management, legal teams, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the A&R team, including managers and executives.
- Manage and organize demo submissions, artist databases, and other confidential A&R-related files.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, studio sessions, travel arrangements, and industry events.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and reports for A&R meetings.
- Liaise effectively with artists, managers, legal counsel, and other internal departments.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and track departmental budgets.
- Conduct research on emerging artists, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain a highly organized and efficient office environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
