Key Responsibilities

  • Assist event managers with administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Prepare event materials such as name badges, welcome packs, presentations, and signage.
  • Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, setup, and breakdown, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Support on-site event execution, including registration, guest assistance, and technical setup checks.
  • Manage and maintain event equipment inventory and supplies.
  • Conduct research for potential venues, suppliers, and event concepts.
  • Assist with post-event evaluations, feedback collection, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and organised event documentation and files.
  • Support the team in managing budgets and processing invoices related to event expenditures.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of all corporate events.
