Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex diaries, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring optimal time management for senior executives.
- Coordinate extensive national and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation.
- Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and communicated.
- Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls, emails, and correspondence, and redirecting as appropriate.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including compiling agendas, distributing pre-reading materials, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation accurately and within deadlines.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, presentations, and project support as required.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives.
