Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team in Rose Hill, Mauritius. This pivotal role involves managing the full lifecycle of property sales and rentals, from initial client consultation and property appraisal to successful closing and post-transaction follow-up. We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of the Mauritian property landscape, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales and rental targets.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing expert advice on property values and market trends, and meticulously preparing property listings for various online and offline platforms. You will conduct property viewings, effectively showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants, and skillfully negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties. A key aspect of this role is building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements, and guiding them through the complex process of buying, selling, or renting property with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and nurture existing client relationships to expand the property portfolio.
  • Conduct thorough property appraisals and provide expert advice on market value to clients.
  • Prepare and present compelling property listings across various marketing channels.
  • Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants.
  • Skillfully negotiate sales and rental agreements to secure favorable terms for clients.
  • Assist clients with all aspects of property transactions, including legal documentation and due diligence.
  • Maintain an in-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and legal regulations.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track leads, and monitor sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., lawyers, valuers) to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance industry expertise.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Mauritius (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of the Mauritian property market and rental laws.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid Mauritian driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High degree of integrity and client-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification from a recognized real estate body (e.g., MIPA).
  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly English, French, and Mauritian Creole.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales/rental targets.
