Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative tours for individuals and groups, showcasing the best of Beverly Hills, St. Andrew, and surrounding areas.
- Share comprehensive knowledge about Jamaica's history, culture, biodiversity, local customs, and points of interest.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Manage tour logistics efficiently, including transportation coordination, scheduling, and adherence to itineraries.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the interests and needs of diverse groups.
- Promote local businesses, crafts, and culinary experiences where appropriate.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Handle unexpected situations with calm and effective problem-solving.
- Collect and provide feedback to improve future tour experiences.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and storytelling abilities
