Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information on banking products, services, accounts, and transactions.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Adhere strictly to banking regulations, data protection laws (GDPR), and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant banking products and services based on customer needs.
  • Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on financial products and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational processes.

Required Skills

  • Fluent German and English language skills (written and verbal, C1 level minimum)

Preferred Qualifications
