Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive soil analysis and develop tailored nutrient management programs.
  • Advise on optimal crop selection, rotation, and planting schedules suited to local conditions.
  • Implement and monitor irrigation strategies to ensure efficient water usage and crop health.
  • Develop and execute integrated pest and disease management plans with an emphasis on sustainability.
  • Provide technical guidance and hands-on training to farm staff on best cultivation practices.
  • Monitor crop health and growth, identifying potential issues and recommending timely solutions.
  • Research and evaluate new agricultural technologies, varieties, and sustainable farming methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of field activities, crop performance, and agricultural input usage.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve production targets and sustainability goals.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in soil science, soil fertility, and nutrient management.
