Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the monitoring of database performance, availability, and overall health.
  • Learn to perform routine database maintenance tasks, including backups, restores, and integrity checks.
  • Support senior DBAs in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues and incidents.
  • Participate in the implementation and testing of database security measures and access controls.
  • Help maintain comprehensive documentation for database configurations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in data migration and data synchronization tasks as required by project specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with other IT teams (e.g., network, application development) to ensure seamless system and database integration.
  • Engage actively in continuous learning and professional development activities related to various database technologies and administration techniques.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and security standards to maintain data integrity and compliance.
