Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing general inquiries.
  • Maintain and monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure proper stocking levels.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Perform accurate data entry, filing, scanning, and comprehensive document management.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments and senior management.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Ensure all office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) is functional and troubleshoot minor issues.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
