Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort incoming and outgoing packages, parcels, and products based on destination, type, and other specific criteria.
- Operate manual and automated sorting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report any damaged, misplaced, or improperly packaged items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards and OSHA regulations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily sorting goals.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, as needed, utilizing appropriate handling techniques.
- Perform routine checks on sorting equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Execute additional warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
