This role involves active engagement with potential and existing clients primarily through phone, email, and virtual meetings from our Parker office. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails) to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Understand client needs thoroughly and present customized solutions that demonstrate clear value.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and client success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales with professionalism and integrity.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in an office or inside sales environment.
