Key Responsibilities
- Assist travel agents with itinerary creation, research, and booking procedures for flights, accommodations, tours, and transfers.
- Process bookings, payments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently using various travel platforms.
- Prepare and organize essential travel documents, including tickets, visas, insurance papers, and confirmation vouchers.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and partners via phone, email, and in-person to confirm bookings and resolve queries.
- Maintain and update client profiles and databases with precise and confidential information.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, such as filing, data entry, managing correspondence, and ordering office supplies.
- Stay informed about current travel regulations, destination requirements, industry trends, and health advisories.
