Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and cutlery from tables promptly.
- Sanitize and reset tables efficiently for new guests.
- Ensure all dining stations are stocked with clean utensils, napkins, condiments, and other essentials.
- Assist servers with refilling water glasses and delivering bread baskets.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring an adequate supply of clean dishes and assisting with light prep tasks when necessary.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure smooth service operations.
