Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients through regular virtual communication.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Proactively identify and address client concerns, resolving issues efficiently and effectively to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and service teams to improve the entire client experience.
  • Educate clients on new features, services, and best practices to maximize their utilization and success with Career.zycto's offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular client reports, demonstrating value and identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze client usage of our services, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with the sales team to expand client engagements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer relationship, account management, or client success role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients remotely.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting.
