Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential and existing clients to determine suitable insurance products.
- Present, explain, and sell a wide range of insurance policies, including life, health, property, and auto insurance.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and policy reviews.
- Guide clients empathetically through the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of documentation.
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance underwriters during the claims adjudication process.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
