Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Accurately store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outgoing shipments according to established procedures.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently, if certified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall team efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
