Key Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, perming, and various hair treatments for men and women.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic salon workstation and tools in accordance with resort and health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous learning and training.
- Promote and sell salon products to clients, offering expert advice on home hair care routines and maintenance.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and a relaxing, personalized salon experience.
- Manage client appointments efficiently and maintain accurate records of services provided and product usage.
- Collaborate with the Spa Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Required Skills
