Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Respond promptly to IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist users with account management, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and relevant technical information accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams as needed.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Support common office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace) and internal business software.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT knowledge base articles and user guides.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
