Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers within specified timeframes.
- Handle food items with care, ensuring orders are accurate and well-presented upon delivery.
- Verify customer orders and payments accurately, including cash and digital transactions.
- Utilize navigation tools and local knowledge to determine the most efficient routes.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and restaurant staff.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer support regarding delivery status or issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of your delivery vehicle/bike.
- Assist with other operational tasks as needed during slower periods.
Required Skills
- Valid driver’s license (motorcycle or car) appropriate for the vehicle type used for delivery.
- Proven experience navigating Maputo's streets efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for app usage and communication.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying delivery bags.

- Own reliable motorcycle or vehicle with valid registration and insurance.
