Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks across various sites, including offices, public spaces, and communal areas, adhering to specified schedules and standards.
- Empty waste bins, collect and dispose of refuse, and manage recycling programs in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers safely and effectively.
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies responsibly, following all safety data sheet (SDS) guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during shifts to the appropriate supervisor.
- Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standard of hygiene and presentability.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and respond to urgent cleaning requests as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour while interacting with colleagues and the public.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
