Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Efficiently manage patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying demographics and insurance information.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage the clinic's calendar, and handle rescheduling requests.
- Answer multi-line phone systems, triage calls, and respond to patient inquiries with accurate and helpful information.
- Maintain electronic and physical patient records with strict adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Process patient payments, issue receipts, and assist with basic billing inquiries.
- Prepare examination rooms between patients, ensuring cleanliness and adequate supplies.
